Bend reality in random directions, and erase the line between game and real life. In Real-Life Roulette, you will be doing one of 60 Missions, but you won't know will happen until you are already playing. Free from boards, dice, and books, without monthly accounts, this is a game best played anytime you want to break free from boredom, and experience pure, random reality.

Think of the game as a Roulette wheel and your life as the ball, bouncing wherever Fate, Luck and Karma are going - a place you may never forget. Missions range from hilarious to the unexplained.

------- 1 --------

The Inner Circle

It is recommended to play with 3-12 people, but you can play by yourself or one other person, like some kind of weirdo. All players verbally agree to accept the Mission that is about to be revealed. This group of players is referred to as the Inner Circle, and is bound to one another and the Mission for the next hour.

------- 2 --------

Dealer

The Dealer can be thought of as a leader or guide for the Mission. This player acts as an official, and keeps the Mission moving. The Dealer can be whoever owns this iPod, or chosen by other means. It can be the champion of a Rock Paper Scissors Tournament, winner of a "Shuffle Songs" off, etc.

------- 3 --------

Mission PlayList

The Mission will be the focus of the Inner Circle for the next hour, and it is necessary that everyone's energy is fully channeled to draw the best possible Mission from the Mission PlayList folder. Any energy harnessing technique may be used. Once everyone is fully focused, the Dealer:

1. Clicks "Shuffle Songs" to select a song. This called "drawing" a Mission.

2. Looks at the seconds portion of the song length

3. Notes the song - this is now the Mission Theme Song

4. References the "Mission PlayList" folder

5. Matches the seconds to find Mission 00 through 59

------- 4 --------

The Mission

Once the Mission is drawn, the Dealer reads it aloud to the group. The Expanded Mission gives the Inner Circle ideas, followed by a Twist (see below). Open to the random energies of the possibilities before you, and always play with common sense.

Mission Veto: Before the Mission is started, the Inner Circle may agree to veto. This is normally only done If the Mission:

- Will exceed 60 minutes
- Is dangerous, illegal, or otherwise reckless
- Requires going outside in bad weather
- Requires more than $6 per person
- Violates a personal Moral Code
- Is deemed overly impractical

Mission Theme Song: This is the official song the Mission, and may be played, sung or quoted at any time. It is the Dealer's responsibility to draw a good song, and the iPod owner's to have good songs to draw from.

------- 5 --------

The Twist

Each Mission contains a Twist. A Twist adds an extra level of flavor onto the Mission, and can turn a common-sounding activity into something really bizarre. After reading the Twist, the Dealer may:

1. Accept The Twist

2. Refuse it, doing the Mission only

3. Draw a new one - keeping this 2nd Twist and combining it with the 1st Mission.

------- 6 --------

Real Life Adventure

The Inner Circle is now ready to give the Mission an hour of commitment. No matter where the Inner Circle is, resourcefulness, quick-thinking, and openness to the possibilities to real life adventure will make any Mission the most entertaining it can be. Real Life Roulette is not so much about accomplishing anything as much as it is having a good time doing it - whether the Mission is legendary fun or hilarious disaster.

After one hour the Dealer stops and establishes if the Mission has been completed. The group then feels the skills and experience of having achieved a real life Mission.
